The hotel does not offer airport transportation. Guests are advised to arrange taxi or shuttle service, or rent a car.

Taxis service the Pompano Beach area, but most guests will want to rent a car for exploring the area. Another great way to explore is to get out on the water; sightseeing cruises leave from the marina on a regular basis, and boats are also available for hire.

Sands Harbor Patio Bar - Guests can dine al fresco at this friendly patio bar, which serves lunch and dinner every day. Menu offerings include ribs, burgers, sandwiches, seafood, and salads. There’s a full bar and live music on weekends. Weekends also bring a poolside bikini fashion show.

Joe’s Riverside Grille - This upscale seafood restaurant features stone crabs, sterling silver steaks, and other culinary delights. Guests dine with views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Dress is casual and only dinner is served.

Mackey’s on the Water - Lunch and dinner are served daily at this sports-themed restaurant and bar that opened in fall of 2003. Menu items include seafood, steaks, burgers, and other American fare.

An on-site arcade provides video games, and a salon offers pedicures and manicures. Internet access is available at a computer kiosk in the lobby. From December to May, a complimentary Continental breakfast is offered.

The hotel has an outdoor pool and also offers a special scuba program for kids; adults can get their full certification here as well. Snorkeling and scuba gear are available to buy or rent at the dive shop, and WaveRunners can be rented through the hotel. Fishing gear and live bait are also available on site. Thrill-seekers can try kite surfing. Guests who prefer to stay dry can venture over to the beach or out on a glass-bottomed boat outing.
