This hotel features 257 condo-style units distributed among eight buildings. Decor and furnishings vary by building and location, but all units have kitchens with stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, cookware, and dishes. Units are either on the beach or across the street from the beach, and overlook the resort’s gardens and courtyards, the ocean, or the Intracoastal Waterway. All units have VCRs. Accommodations do not include housekeeping.

Shark Bite Café - Just across from the lobby, this casual restaurant serves breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, and other light bites. Tiki Hut - This open-air bar offers snacks, sodas, and alcoholic beverages beside the pool. It also hosts organized barbecues several afternoons a week. Other than the venues listed above that offer light fare and drinks, the resort does not have a full-service restaurant on site. However, all units have cooking facilities, and there are several restaurants in the surrounding area.

Set on eight acres on both sides of State Route A1A, this resort consists of eight buildings arranged around several courtyards with pools, whirlpool spas, and waterfalls. Guests can play tennis on seven clay courts and rent a variety of water toys at a beachfront surf shop. Guests also enjoy access to the spa facilities at The Fairways at Palm-Aire, a companion property about 10 minutes away. The resort offers a rotating schedule of organized activities ranging from scuba lessons and water-exercise classes to barbecues and karaoke parties. A supervised children's program offers kite-making, hair-braiding, sand-castle competitions, and other activities for little ones. An activities orientation is held every Sunday. The resort does not provide complimentary housekeeping but it does have a daily “even towel exchange” (guests bring two towels and get two clean towels back) at the Front Desk on a 24-hour basis, seven days a week.
